As a seller, your relationship with a Realtor® is vital - so you may wish to meet with several before making a final decision.  The majority of our new clients are recommended to us by people who have done business with us in the past, and who are happy to recommend us.  But what if your friends can't direct you to a good Realtor®? A good place to find one is right in your neighbourhood. Check FOR SALE signs to see which Realtors® are doing business in your area. Ask them about their track record, their knowledge of neighbourhood selling prices and other reasons why you should list with them. Choose a Realtor® you feel comfortable with; one who will handle the sale of your home as if it were his or her own.

Arriving at an accurate estimate of value for your home is one of our prime tasks. It involves analyzing your home and comparing it to other, similar houses for sale or recently sold in the neighbourhood. It may also include a broader market survey, using sales statistics available only to qualified Realtors®. In the end, you will be sure the price we set together reflects the true value of your home under current market conditions. 

 

Why the emphasis on proper pricing - won't the market just take care of that?  Not necessarily.  Among other things, under-pricing can lead to buyers not even being able to find your home when they search.  Over-pricing can leave your home sitting on the market unsold week after week, creating a stigma around it.  For more information on setting the price, please see the Pricing Your Property report under the Sellers tab of this website.  

 

We will properly price your home so you obtain the highest possible price with the least amount of hassle.
